It depends on square footage, surface type and how much buildup we are dealing with, which is why we quote every property individually instead of publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. Estimates are free, they come in writing, and there is no obligation attached.
No. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot, you can be at work. We will text you when we arrive and send photos when we finish.
Yes, we work off your outdoor spigot, which is standard for the industry. The usage is comparable to running a couple of loads of laundry, so it is a negligible bump on the bill.
Pressure washing cleans with force, and it belongs on hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing cleans with chemistry at very low pressure, and it belongs on anything that force would damage: siding, roofs, composite decking, painted wood. Using the wrong one is how homes get damaged.
Yes, when it is applied correctly. We pre-soak all landscaping with clean water before we start, rinse thoroughly afterward, and keep dilution at professional ratios. We do ask that pets stay indoors while we are working.
Light rain is not a problem. Heavy rain or high wind and we will reschedule. We would rather move you a day than do a job we are not proud of. You will hear from us the morning of, not after we have already missed the window.
Most Kansas City homes do well on a 12 to 18 month cycle. Heavy tree cover or a north-facing wall that stays shaded will push you toward the shorter end. Roofs are more like every four to six years.
