F&T is a locally owned exterior cleaning company serving the Kansas City metro. We are small on purpose. The people who quote your job are the people who show up to do it.
Our story
Why We Started This
F&T Pressure Washing was started here in the Kansas City metro by people who got tired of hearing the same complaints about contractors: nobody called back, the quote changed once the work started, and half the time the crew just never showed. None of that is complicated to fix. It just requires actually caring about it.
So that is the whole business model. Answer the phone. Quote a flat number and stick to it. Show up in the window we promised. Use the right pressure for the surface instead of blasting everything at 4,000 PSI and hoping. Walk the finished job with the customer before we load the truck.
We are newer as a company, and we would rather say that plainly than pad a website with numbers we made up. What we can tell you is that every job we take gets treated like it is the one that earns us the next three, because at this stage, it is.
